6/24/24 – This is a fairly uncommon WW1 Imperial German M1907 Youth Cap. Similar to the Hitler Youth of WW2, the Germans recognized the importance of training and raising the youth with a military mindset. This cap features a dark navy blue linen exterior with red piping. Both front cockades are steel with enamel paint featuring the national colors. The upper cockade has some chipping and paint loss. Both cockades are secure. The front exterior red headband has light surface wear but overall the exterior is excellent with no moth holes. The interior liner is unmarked and excellent condition. The interior diameter is about 7.5 inches.
