7/11/24 – These are two original WW1 German medals / badges. The wound badge has light surface patina and mild finish loss throughout, but is in great overall condition. The reverse shows a barrel hinge and straight wire pin with a slightly bent hook. The pin is still functional however. The Hindenburg Cross retains an original ribbon, showing normal aging and mild stains. The pin is maker stamped on the reverse, “No 44 R.V. Pforzhein”.
