9/15/22 – This is a very nice example of a Winchester M1 Garand that was re-worked after the war, and probably went through the CMP. The receiver dates to the very end of 1943, or very start of 1944. The finish on the rifle is excellent throughout, with minimal wear to mention. Stock has the DoD marking on it. It’s in very good condition with a few dings but no cracks. Excellent bore – muzzle is a 4, TE is a 2. Comes with a canvas shoulder sling, as well as a mag pouch full of en-bloc clips.
