7/24/24 – This is an excellent example of a Weimar-Era DWM police Luger. There is a crossed-out police unit marking on the front strap with added police sear and magazine safeties. All matching with Weimar-Era eagle proofs on the right side of the slide. It comes as a rig with a matching-numbered “Star K” proofed police magazine, an excellent 1934-dated police holster, and a police unit-marked Luger tool (not matching). The gun’s finish rates about 96% with just minor high edge wear, minor muzzle wear, and some light patina and pin-pricking on the grip straps. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is light pin-pricking throughout.
