4/19/23 – This is a minty example of a Walther P1 manufactured in February of 1981. It is all matching and has the proper West German proofs throughout. There is also a “BW” marking on the left side of the frame, indicating this was issued to the Bundeswehr or West German military. Import mark on the front strap. It comes as a rig with an excellent 1960-dated holster and two P.38 magazines. The gun itself has retained nearly all of its finish with very minor muzzle wear and hints of wear on some of the high edges. A few tiny handling marks here and there. Nice black plastic grips – some light scuffs and scratches on both sides. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional.
