11/8/22 – This is an excellent example of a Walther P1 manufactured in July of 1981. It is all matching and has a “BW” marking on the left side of the frame, indicating this was issued to the Bundeswehr or West German military. There are also “W5.86” and “W1.95” markings on both sides of the frame – we assume these to be unit markings. Import mark on the underside of the barrel. The gun has retained about 97% of its original finish. There is very little actual finish loss, but there are some very light scuffs on both sides of the slide and some tiny scratches along the left side of the barrel. Minor wear around the very front edge of the frame. Comes with very nice black plastic grips (tiny scratches here and there) and a proper P1 magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional.
