7/10/23 – This is a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 359” military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. This gun was captured by one William Herr. It comes with the original capture and customs documents, listing this pistol by serial number. The gun also comes with a worn generic holster that has William’s name and GI number written on the inside. There is not much actual finish loss on the gun itself, but there areas of heavy oxidation and pitting throughout, most obvious on the left side of the slide. It is fitted with a set of acrylic “sweetheart” style grips (no photos underneath). Comes with a wartime finger-extension magazine. The bore is mint.
