3/30/23 – This is a very rare and unique Walther PP sold in the commercial market in 1936. This one has a satin-nickel “verchromt” finish and an experimental lightweight duraluminum frame. “Made in Germany” export marking on the left side of the slide indicates it was sold in the international market. It also comes fitted with rare marbled brown Walther PP grips – some cracking and separation along the edge of the left side. Comes with a proper verchromt magazine. The gun itself has retained about 94-95% of its original finish with some minor thinning on the grip straps. Some very minor yellowish discoloration around the edges of the metal parts. Mint bore.
