07/08/2024 – For sale is a Remington Model 700 chambered in .30-06 and we believe is produced in 1962. The date code on the barrel is J with the older style stock. The metal retains a very nice deep bluing. The only blemish on the metal is on the back of the bolt cocking piece which had some oxidation on the surface. The stock is in great condition with a couple pressure marks on it but nothing major. The bore is very bright with great rifling. The rifle comes with a Bushnell 3x-9x scope that has clear lens and a sharp reticle.
