08/28/2024 – This is a very nice example of a M1 Carbine made by Underwood in 1944. The rifle is parts correct and has the right features for when it had left the factory. The receiver and barrel have a nice parkerized finish without any signs of corrosion or pitting. The stock is very clean and has no cracks or breaks. The bore is mirror bright with excellent rifling. The rifle comes with a sling, oiler, and a 2 magazine pouch. There are a total of 3 Underwood-marked magazines.
