4/12/23 – This is an original USN issued leather pilot / talker cap. The leather cap comes with the electrical talker equipment still attached to each ear. Great overall condition with some mild aging and surface wear throughout, but no major issues. The only notable flaw on this example is that the leather buttons are broken / won’t secure behind each rubber ear cover on the exterior. This is generally a mild issue however. The leather exterior is clean and is stamped “USN” as shown. The interior is clean and size Large. The original rubber on the ear covers, talker piece, and plug-end is all original and in great shape.
