1/11/23 – This is a rare variation WW1 era Luger magazine with a unnumbered wood base. The magazine base is original WW1 wood and is in excellent condition. There is no serial number stamp nor any evidence of ever having been stamped with a serial number. There is a small imperial proof stamp near the bottom of the base, but there’s also a small scratch in this area – as if someone tried to remove the marking. The magazine tube is in great condition with some mild surface wear and dark patina, but no rust or pitting. The spring is strong and fully functional.
