7/9/24 – This is a post-WWII Universal M1 Carbine. This rifle retains about 85% of its original finish, with the most significant areas of finish wear located on the top of the bolt and the bottom part of the receiver. The bore is generally clean with decent rifling and rates a solid 7.5/10 10. Action is smooth and fully functional. The wood stock has minor handling marks here and there, along with a very minor surface crack that we had professionally repaired. The rifle includes a Sling, an oil bottle, and one WW2 USGI magazine. Overall an excellent shooter-grade gun!
