11/20/19 – This is an ultra rare Walther PPK variation that was issued to the Czech Police. There were only about 600 total PP and PPKs that were ordered by the Czech Police, and our database only has about 15 recorded serials. The ejection port shows the Czech Rampart lion with ’39 date and Police number 7227 on this one. While the gun is an original example of a rare variation, it obviously has seen some use and the finish has very little blue remaining. Surprisingly enough, the bore is excellent, though. Original grip is present but has experience some warping so doesn’t fit perfectly anymore. The trigger on this one can also be a bit sticky, but as this is likely not a good shooting candidate, it shouldn’t make too much difference.
