3/27/23 – This is an original WW2 T30 Arisaka bayonet by Toyoda Auto. Loom Works. The bayonet is mentioned in Labar’s book as a Variation H LB-144. The bayonet features a blued fullered blade with straight crossguard, contoured wrap-around wood grips, square pommel, and a cone-tipped metal scabbard. The blade is in great condition with some mild finish loss but no major issues. The crossguard and pommel have dark surface patina and natural aging throughout. The grips are excellent with no cracks or chips. The scabbard has dark patina, mild finish loss, and has a hole in the tip as shown in photos. There’s also some dents near the tip, but this doesn’t affect functionality.
