8/24/22 – This is an original WW2 production Type 30 bayonet for the Arisaka Type 38 and Type 99 rifles. The bayonet is in great overall condition with some spotty oxidation and surface discoloration on the blade. The ricasso is maker stamped on one side as shown. There’s some mild signs of sharpening that goes about halfway down the blade from the tip. The wood handle, hand guard, and pommel all have surface wear, patina, and signs of aging but no major issues. Come with an original scabbard in excellent condition.
