1/23/23 – This is an original WW1 Colt M1911 magazine. The magazine has a two-toned finish with the lower portion of the magazine being blued. The original finish is in very good overall condition but there is some dark surface patina and spotty discoloration as shown. No rust or pitting except for some mild pitting on the base. The lip of the base is stamped “B” for one of Colt’s subcontractors during WW1. The spring is strong and functional.
