11/22/22 – This is an original WW1 production Colt 1911 magazine. The magazine is a Type 4, later wartime to end-of-war production. Great condition and stamped “B” on the lip, which means this was made by a subcontractor under Colt. The magazine has very nice bluing and some mild patina and surface discoloration but no rust or pitting and a fully functional spring.
