10/10/23 – This is a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in June of 1942. This is a transitional example with some earlier features and some later features. Comes with a period-correct but mismatched magazine. The gun is all matching and has retained nearly all of its finish. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation throughout and some small spots with tiny pits. Fitted with matching wood grips – the hand-numbering is very faint. Mint bore.
