2/19/24 – This is a WW2 original Type 30 Arisaka rifle bayonet by Toyota Automatic Loom Works. The bayonet is cited in Labar’s book as LB-140 Variation A. Maker stamped on the base of the blade, which has minor oxidation but great throughout. Features a hooked cross guard and bird’s head pommel with mild patina throughout. Contoured wood grips are excellent with screws and washers. Comes with a metal cone-tipped scabbard. The scabbard has the majority of wear, patina, and a couple minor dents but overall a great example.
