8/31/22 – This is a fairly rare, original leather Type 14 Nambu holster. The holster is earlier WW2 production because it’s made of all leather with a leather shoulder strap and brass fittings. The leather is in great condition overall with some mild exterior scuffs and internal signs of use but no major issues. All leather is completely intact including the straps. Maker stamped on the interior lid. The stitching is all original as well but there are a few loose stitches where the lid and body connect – see photos. This is very minor and doesn’t affect functionality. Overall a rare piece in great shape.
