1/13/23 – This is an excellent, original Swedish AG 42 rifle. These were produced by AB C.J. Ljungmans Verkstäder company beginning in 1942 and roughly 30,000 were made. This rifle was made in 1945 and has matching numbered parts on receiver, buttplate and bolt. Right side of receiver is marked ‘S.S’, which denotes inspection by Sten W. Stenmo. The rifle is in excellent condition, with some thinning on the left side of the receiver and the trigger group. Excellent stock has the disc intact and Swedish crown proofs on the wrist. Smooth operation and comes with an original cleaning rod. Strong, shiny bore. Import mark on right side of barrel.
