2/26/20 – This is a terrific example of a super rare Police Mauser Luger from 1939. It has Eagle over K marking on the right side of the receiver, which is the least common police marking for these Lugers. There were only about 1,100 ever produced, and only 850 with 1939 date. The pistol is all matching throughout, with 95-97% blue remaining. There’s standard high edge wear on muzzle, sideplate and stock lug. The magazine is period original but mismatched. The grips are not numbered, and have E/655 proofs. Strong, shiny bore.
