1/4/24 – This a nice example of a Steyr M95 Mannlicher carbine, a straight-pull service carbine of the Austro-Hungarian military during WW1. The metal parts and the stock are matching, but the bolt is mismatched. The stock is numbered on the left side near the butt. No import marks. It has retained roughly 75% of its original finish with general high edge wear, some light scratchy wear here and there, and some thinning and some tiny dings on the receiver. Stock shows light scratches and dings throughout with a crack on the right side, however it appears secure with no wiggle. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor pin-pricking throughout.
