1/11/24 – Located at our Ohio office. This a nice example of a Steyr M95 Mannlicher carbine, a straight-pull service carbine of the Austro-Hungarian military during WW1. The metal parts and the stock are matching, but the bolt is mismatched. The stock is numbered on the left side near the butt. No import marks. It has retained roughly 80% of its original finish with general high edge wear, some light scratchy wear here and there, and some thinning. Stock shows light scratches and dings throughout with general use wear. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout and rates a 6 of 10.
