10/10/23 – This is a very nice example of a Steyr Model 1908/34 that was issued to the Austrian State Security Police in the 1930’s. The gun is all matching and has a “S.W. 5768” Austrian State Security Police unit marking on the back strap. It has retained roughly 85% of its original bluing. There is general high edge wear and some spotty wear on the right side of the gun. Fitted with excellent period-correct wood grips and comes with an original matching-numbered police magazine. Minty bore.
