4/5/22 – This is a very nice example of a Standard Products M1 Carbine issued to the US military in 1943-44. A full parts list with the markings are included in the photos. Overall, the gun is in very nice condition. There is very little finish loss, but there are some areas with tiny dots of oxidation along the barrel. Some spots of oxidation on the bolt. The stock is excellent, but it looks like there was a very thin layer of lacquer applied. The condition of the handguard is a little rough and does not match the stock – there are noticeable dings throughout. Comes with a period-correct sling and magazine. No import marks. The bore has decent rifling, but there is spotty oxidation throughout.
