7/8/24 – This is a great condition example of a 1939 production SS Belt Buckle. The buckle is silvered aluminum with traces of the silvered finish visible on the front of the buckle, mostly near the depressed portions of the buckle below the eagle’s wings and near the wreath / inscription. The buckle has great detail and shows typical surface age and natural patina without any excessive wear or damage. The interior of the buckle has a crisp maker stamp, “RZM 155/39 SS” by Assmann.
