3/26/24 – This is a nice example of a Spanish Mauser M43 Rifle, manufactured in 1946. This Spanish M43 Short Rifle was made by La Coruna in Spain, showing the date and maker logo of Fabrica De Armas De La Coruña on the chamber. It is based on the German K98 Mauser and is chambered in 8mm Mauser. This one is all matching and has the proper Spanish proofs throughout. The gun is in great condition overall with a finish rating of about 95%. Minor discoloration on the receiver. Includes a nice leather sling. The bore has good rifling, and rates a strong 7.5 of 10. Smooth action and fully functional. No import marks.
