8/1/24 – This is an Astra Model 400/1921 manufactured in the 1930’s. This Model was adopted for use by the Spanish Army and was the standard sidearm during the Spanish Civil War and saw service in Germany during WWII. The serial number on this one is just before the known Nazi-issue range. It is all matching and comes as a rig with two proper magazines and a leather shoulder holster. The gun has been re-blued and shows very little finish loss. Fitted with smooth wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
