7/23/20 – This is an original WW1 era snail drum luger magazine with an original dust cover. This is known as the “Type 2” snail drum, used towards the end of WW1. The magazine has some light wear but overall the finish is very nice with no major flaws or issues. Minimal finish loss. Some brown discoloration on the underside. Strong fully functional spring. The serial numbers on the top and bottom of the magazine match, and there are “B/N” maker proof stamps. The dust cover is missing a fair amount of black painted finish. No stamps or markings on the dust cover.
