7/25/22 – This is an excellent example of a Smith & Wesson Victory Revolver that was issued to the U.S military and then later sent out as part of the lend-lease program. It is all matching, “United States Property” marked, and has the proper “GHD” military inspection proof on the butt of the frame. Arsenal refurbished, and chambered for .38 S&W. That said, the finish is excellent, and there is virtually no actual finish loss. Comes with nice wood grips – the right panel is numbered and matching. Also comes with a 1941-dated British holster. The bore is stone-mint. The cylinder is tight, and the action is very smooth.
