3/28/19 – This is an original WW2 era early Simson Luger magazine. The base of the magazine is stamped with a droop winged eagle/6 proof, which is a rare Simson manufacturing proof stamp. The base is also serial numbered 5572 along with the Simson “S”. Stamps are 100% original. There dark oxidation on the base but no major issues. There are no other markings. The frame of the magazine is early aluminum finish with no bluing and minor patina as shown in photos. The spring is strong and fully functional. Guaranteed original!
