7/16/24 – This is a shooter-grade example of an AC 43 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 359” military acceptance proofs. The finish rates roughly 85%. There are areas of somewhat spotty wear and minor discoloration throughout. We believe that some areas of the slide have been touched-up with cold blue. Some light scratches on the slide and barrel. Fitted with period-correct blackish-brown bakelite grips and comes with a “Waffen 708” proofed jvd magazine. The bore has good rifling with just minor frosting in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
