4/13/23 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser Model 1934 issued to the Nazi army during WW2. It was made around 1940. Only about 8,000 of this variation made. All matching with the proper Eagle test proof and “Eagle 655” military acceptance proof on the left side of the tang. It comes as a rig with a green leather holster and one magazine. It has retained about 93% of its original high polish finish. There is minor muzzle wear and minor wear on the trigger guard and along both sides of the slide, concentrated mostly around the high edges. Two small dots of wear on the front strap. A few tiny scratches on the left side of the frame. Nice period-correct wood grip – a blemish on the right side. Mint bore.
