7/13/21 – This is a nice example of a scarce Mauser Model 1934 rig issued to the Nazi Kriegsmarine during WW2. The gun is matching, has the proper Kriegsmarine “Eagle M” on the left side of the frame, and has a “N4614” Navy property marking on the front strap. The rig comes with a rare “Eagle M” marked Kriegsmarine holster, a typical wartime magazine, and a navy property marked magazine that is mismatched. It has retained roughly 75% of its original bluing. Most the finish loss is on the barrel where there is almost no finish left. There is spotty wear on the front strap and both sides of the slide. Comes with a nice wood grip. The bore has decent rifling with areas of minor freckling and a noticeable bulge about halfway down.
