09/18/2024 – For sale is a rare Izhevsk M38 Mosin Nagant that was captured by the Finnish Army during the Continuation War. The M38 rifles were not as prevalent on the front lines and were not captured as much as 91/30 rifles, especially when the front lines of the Continuation War became an entrenched standstill. The carbine is in good condition overall with the metal finish greying with age. The stock had been sanded sometime in its life. The carbine has a Finnish-matched bolt but the magazine and butt plate are original matching to the barrel shank. The bore is fairly bright but is getting darker. The SA in a Box stamp is on the left side of the barrel shank.
