3/7/19 – This is a scarce byf 42 Mauser P.38 rig – first year of production! It is in excellent, original condition and may be the nicest we’ve offered in years as these often saw extensive use and can be hard to find in such condition. There were only 19,000 of this variation produced. It is all correct and original, with about 96-97% of the original dust blue finish remaining. There is minor edge wear from the holster, and a little more on the top plate and front strap. Excellent grips, and mint bore. Comes with a 1942 dated hard-shell holster, which shows sharp markings and is in great condition.
