12/1/23 – This is a scarce ‘237’ coded Berlin-Lubecker K98 from 1940. All numbered parts match, including the receiver, barrel, bands, stock, trigger group, rear sight assembly, buttplate, bolt assembly and even the screws! The original bluing on the rifle is in good condition but does show some finish loss on the bands, muzzle, trigger guard and barrel. Excellent, shiny bore. The stock shows some dings and handling wear but no cracks, and has sharp numbering and waffenamts. Rifle comes with an original cleaning rod and leather sling.
