7/18/19 – This is an original and rare 1940 dated P.38 holster. This is the earliest and one of the hardest years to find for the P.38. The holster has all original leather and stitching completely in tact. The front leather does have surface wrinkling and light cracking of surface leather throughout the front side of the holster. None of this cracking goes through the leather completely. The back leather is in much nicer condition with a maker stamp and 1940 date stamp. Also waffen military proofed. All original and authentic.
