12/1/23 – This is a first-variation Sauer Model 1919 sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s. All matching and properly “Crown N” proofed. It comes as a rig with one proper magazine and a worn holster – the stitching along the main seam of the holster is missing. The gun itself has retained about 94% of its original finish. Minor high edge wear, some small spots of tiny pitting here and there, and some dulling / pin-pricking on the grip straps. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. The bore has good rifling with minor pin-pricking throughout.
