8/18/22 – This is an original SA Dagger by E. Pack & Sohne. The dagger has a relatively clean blade in great overall condition. There’s no signs of sharpening along the edge, and cross graining is visible on each side. There is some spotty discoloration and mild speckling on the blade, as well as surface scratches and scabbard wear. The hand guard is SA Gruppe stamped “Nrh” on one side. The hand guard and pommel are in great condition with mild patina. No cracks or chips in the wood handle. The scabbard is the earlier brown anodized metal style, with thinning throughout and a few mild dings in the metal. The hanger is in good condition and maker stamped by Assmann.
