1/18/22 – This is an original SA Dagger from WW2 made by Haenel. Comes with an original scabbard and leather hanger. The blade is clean and in great condition with some mild surface wear from the scabbard and some light surface oxidation in a few areas. Strong maker stamp by Haenel and excellent cross graining. The wood handle has a few small surface blemishes and scratches but no major cracks or issues. Typical patina on the hand guard and pommel. The hand guard is “Sa” stamped for Gruppe Saachsen. The scabbard has no dents and most of the painted finish in tact. One of the screws in the tip of the scabbard is missing. The hanger clip is DRGM stamped.
