6/11/19 – This is an original SA dagger from WW2, manufactured by Stocker & Co. (SMF) Solingen. The dagger includes the original scabbard and belt hanger. Overall this piece is in good condition with some signs of aging throughout. The handle is in tact with no cracks or chips. The blade has light oxidation and spotty discoloration on both sides. This dagger is engraved “Alles für Deutschland” on the blade. The reverse ricasso is maker marked SMF Solingen (Stocker & Co.) with the company’s king logo holding an upward pointing sword. The reverse of the crossguard stamped with “HO” (Hochland) SA Group mark. The aluminum eagle shows well, as does the SA insignia. Wooden grip is tight and has no chips or cracks. The champagne colored scabbard has no dents but there are scratches in paint. Also, the tip cover is missing the screws and it appears to have a “drop” dent in the final. The operational hanger is unmarked and the leather is intact and secure. All are guaranteed original and authentic.
