11/2/23 – This is an original WW2 production RZM SS Enlisted Man’s Dagger. The base of the blade is RZM stamped with a M7/68 code for the maker Tiger. The blade is shiny with visible cross-graining and some mild speckling patina throughout each side, along with typical scabbard rub wear and micro-scratches. No major issues and a clean, unsharpened edge. The cross guards are nickel plated with some natural patina around the edges and corners. The wood handle is original with a hairline crack stemming from the top of the grip on each side. The emblems in the grip are original and show normal surface wear. The fittings around the handle have mild wiggle or “play” when handled. Comes with an excellent black painted scabbard and an original RZM marked hanger.
