6/5/24 – This is an original WW2 German SA Officer’s Dagger. The dagger comes with an original brown painted scabbard. The blade is RZM maker stamped with a code by H.A. Erbe AG. The blade has visible cross-graining throughout and some light scabbard rub wear. Nice inscription on one side, and maker marked on the other. The cross guards are earlier nickel-silver (non-magnetic) and show light patina throughout but no major issues. Nice original wood handle with no cracks or chips, but a few light surface blemishes. The top of the grip, where the handle meets the upper cross guard, shows some wood glue or varnish. This indicates the top of the handle was cracked and repaired. Price reduced accordingly (additional photos added as well). Both logos on the handle are intact and original. The scabbard has light surface wear throughout but no dents or major issues and fits nicely.
