2/15/23 – This is an excellent Russian SVT-40 that was produced at the Tula factory in 1941. It was then arsenal refurbished after the war, and does have a small import mark on the right side of the receiver. Matching numbers on the receiver, stock, bolt and trigger guard. Mismatched magazine. The bore has strong rifling but there is frost and freckling in the grooves. The wood is in great shape minor surface scratches. Comes with cleaning rod and what appears to be a period original leather sling.
