3/13/22 – This is an original Remington Rand 1911A1 that was issued to the U.S. Army late in 1944. Proper third variation slide in the correct serial range, with proper HS barrel. The pistol has a nice profile view, but more visible wear on the front strap and along the top of the slide. Minty bore. Excellent, sharply checkered grips. ‘S’ marked magazine.
