5/2/24 – This is a rare WW1 production M17 German grenade that has been decommissioned. The grenade top screws off and is empty inside. The base metal cap at the bottom of the wood handle pops off and is empty as well (no string inside). The metal has some light rust / discoloration throughout. The wood handle is excellent. Maker-stamped.
