4/13/22 – This is a very nice example of a rare Walther PPK with a lightweight duraluminum frame sold in the commercial market in 1934. They only made about 8,000 of these dural PPK’s. This one is all matching and has the proper “Crown N” commercial proofs. It has retained about 94-95% of its original finish. Most of the wear is finish loss on the front strap, so the profile views are excellent. There is thinning in the anodized finish on the frame (giving it a yellowish color) around the high edges in general and on the front strap. There are a few tiny scratches on the front strap and tiny white dots here and there on the whole frame. Minor muzzle wear and a few small spots of wear on the right side of the slide. Comes with a very nice brown Walther grip and a minty Walther banner-only magazine. Mint bore.
